RISE Employment Services
We believe that real opportunities should be available to everyone. RISE provides in-depth career exploration, planning and training, each uniquely tailored to the individual. And for individuals who would benefit from it, we provide prevocational services to prepare them for their future career aspirations.

Employment Services help individuals find work and grow personally and professionally. The goal is to support each person in their unique career journey by offering training, resources, and guidance tailored to their needs and goals.
Employment Planning Services focus on helping individuals explore job opportunities, learn new skills, and set goals based on their preferences, strengths, and needs. The aim is to create a personalized plan that helps them succeed in finding meaningful work.
RISE Community Services takes a comprehensive approach by assessing an individual's skills, interests, and values while also researching job market trends, including in-demand positions, locations, and wages. Together, we set both short- and long-term goals and create action plans to ensure each person is prepared for job opportunities. This ongoing process is designed to guide individuals through a successful career path.
Benefits Planning
Benefits planning is an important step for individuals with disabilities who are considering work or looking to increase their hours. Understanding how wages affect disability benefits can be complex, but it’s key to making informed decisions without jeopardizing essential supports. Through a personalized analysis of each case, individuals can see how employment fits into their unique situation, ensuring they maintain a safety net while pursuing greater independence and financial stability.
At RISE Community Services, our Certified Disability Benefits Planner, Chelsey Bush, is here to guide you through this process, helping you navigate benefits, maximize opportunities, and confidently take the next step in your employment journey.
