Misty began her journey at RISE in 2007 as a Direct Care Professional. Her unwavering compassion and dedication to the individuals we serve have guided her growth within the organization, ultimately leading her to her current role as Executive Director. Misty’s leadership is rooted in her deep commitment to empowering others and fostering a culture of care and inclusion.
