RISE Day Program
The RISE Day Program provides a safe, supportive environment where individuals with disabilities can build life skills, form meaningful connections, and engage in purposeful daily activities. From creative projects and educational workshops to community outings and volunteer opportunities, our program is designed to promote independence, confidence, and personal growth.

Day Program Support
Each participant has a personalized plan tailored to their unique strengths, interests, and goals. Our trained staff work closely with individuals to support daily living skills such as communication, hygiene, social interaction, self-advocacy, money management, and cooking. These skills are developed through hands-on learning, encouraging growth at a pace that fits each person’s needs.
In addition to skill-building, the Day Program offers opportunities for creative expression through art, music, and storytelling; health and wellness activities such as guided exercise, nutrition lessons, and mindfulness sessions; and recreational activities that promote fun, friendship, and physical movement. Community integration is a core component of the program—we coordinate regular outings to local businesses, parks, libraries, and cultural events so individuals can practice social skills, explore new interests, and feel more connected to the world around them.
Our team also works collaboratively with families, case managers, and support coordinators to ensure a holistic approach to care and development. At RISE, we believe everyone deserves to live a fulfilling and self-directed life. The Day Program is more than a place to go—it’s a space to grow, belong, and thrive.
